For your security we have a range of procedures to ensure your data is protected.
Our website is supported by a recognised SSL certificate by Thawte, providing you with 128 bit encryption.
While using an up to date secure browser a padlock will be displayed in the domain address bar providing you with this security.
All your online web shop data is only held temporarily whilst we process any of your orders.
Any digital invoices and copies can only be accessed by password protected hard disc/solid state drives on our computer systems.
Any digital invoices and copies upon customer requests can be sent in an office standard format or pdf to an email direct from a clients email that is on record.
Any customer hard copy data is to be kept in locked cabinets and any hard copy data unrequired by ourselves will be securely destroyed.
Any credit card information required for alternative payments not through the website will not be kept on record.
We only use industry recognised third parties for processing orders and payment.
All of which will utilise browser to server encryption.
Letters and packages will not have our information displayed on the exterior.
Letters and packages dispatched within the £15 limit for office keys free delivery will be delivered via first class post as standard untracked.
Letters and packages after this threshold will utilise royal mail signed for or special delivery for tracking.
Our service is available for the customers to adhere to their own GDPR policies to keep hard copy data safe and locked away in office furniture.
